In most cases, nobody should be allowed to enter your land or do destructive actions except kingdom members. In certain situations you might allow this for a short duration such as trading events, meetings…

For this you can use the visitor status, you can grant another kingdom the visitor status for a specific duration.

With the region protection system you can allow kingdoms with this status to bypass rules such as ENTRANCE. /k rules add VISITOR ALLOW ENTRANCE

This will also extend the duration if the target kingdom already has this status.
