Rank permissions
1 Permissies
The permission system of KingdomCraft is pretty similar to most permission plugins. First you create a permission group and then you can connect this group to a kingdom rank. All players with this rank will have the permissions of the connected group. You can of course connect more than 1 group to a rank and use inheritance with the groups.
Edit groups in the permissions.yml file.
# players without a kingdom will get this permission
default:
permissions:
- kingdom.join
# these groups can be linked to ranks
kingdom-lead:
permissions:
- kingdom.kick
- kingdom.setspawn
inheritances:
- kingdom-moderator
ranks:
- king
- queen
kingdom-moderator:
permissions:
- kingdom.setrank
- kingdom.invite
externals:
- luckperms-kd-moderator
ranks:
- duke1.1 inheritances
Enter the names of other groups to inherit their permissions. This handy feature makes sure you don’t have to define permissions twice.
1.2 ranks
Enter the name of all ranks that should be connected to this group automatically. You can still connect more groups to ranks using commands.
1.3 worlds
Enter the worlds in which the permissions of this group will apply. If you remove this option, the listed permissions will apply in all worlds.
1.4 externals
If you want players to automatically join a permission group of other plugins like GroupManager, LuckPerms, zPermissions… you can enter those group names here. This requires that you have Vault installed.
